How to Use
For diffusion, add a few drops to your diffuser.
Use as a scent bottle when needed.
For relaxing joint or muscle care, mix 1 drop with 10 ml of carrier oil and massage into the affected areas.
For sauna use, add 5 drops of cedarwood oil to a cup of water and use for the infusion.
Note
Natural flavour extract for food with limited use. Essential oils should always be used sparingly and should not be applied undiluted to the skin.
