Shipping policy
Northwood KLG – As of: 24 October 2025
1. Shipping area
We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. International deliveries are not available at this time.
2. Carrier
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Other shipping methods may be arranged on request.
3. Shipping methods and costs
- Economy: CHF 7.– up to 2 kg, CHF 10.– from 2 kg
- Priority: CHF 9.– up to 2 kg, CHF 12.– from 2 kg
- Free Economy shipping for orders over CHF 100.–
The desired shipping method can be selected during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the option chosen and destination region.
4. Delivery time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment. During busy periods or holidays, delivery times may be longer.
5. Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If available, it will include a tracking number.
6. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.
7. Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer bears the cost of reshipping.

9. Language
The binding version of this policy is German. English and French versions are for information only.
