Refund policy
Northwood KLG – As of: 24 October 2025
There is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online sales in Switzerland. We therefore offer a voluntary return policy under the following conditions.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases you make with Northwood KLG — via our online shop www.northwood.ch or off-shop (e.g., by e-mail or phone) — with a delivery or billing address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
2. Period
You may return products within 14 days of receipt.
3. Conditions
- Item is unused, in its original packaging, and complete.
- Return has been announced in advance by e-mail to info@northwood.ch.
4. Return process
After your e-mail, we will provide the return instructions. Please pack the goods securely. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we refund the product price via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exclusions
- Cosmetics (opened or used)
- Food, herbs, teas
- Hygiene products
- Custom-made items and gift cards
7. Defects
For defects, please e-mail us with a description and photos. After review, a replacement product is usually provided.
8. Notes
Please keep postal receipts until the return has been fully processed. This voluntary policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Swiss law.
9. Language
The binding version of this policy is German. The English and French versions are for information only.
