2. Scope of application

These GTC apply to all offers, orders and business transactions between Northwood KLG (“Northwood”, “we”) and its customers (“customer”, “you”), whether concluded via the online shop www.northwood.ch, by e-mail, telephone or other means. They apply to both private individuals (B2C) and business clients (B2B) with delivery or billing addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

By placing an order or concluding a service agreement, you accept these GTC in their current version. Any deviations require Northwood’s express written confirmation.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

All offers – whether online, by e-mail or by phone – are non-binding. A contract is concluded when Northwood confirms the order, issues an order confirmation, or delivers the product or performs the service.

Northwood reserves the right to refuse orders without providing reasons, in particular in cases of outstanding payments or concerns about creditworthiness.

4. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Northwood is currently not subject to VAT. Price and product changes as well as errors are reserved.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is handled exclusively by Swiss Post:

Economy: CHF 7.– up to 2 kg, CHF 10.– above 2 kg
Priority: CHF 9.– up to 2 kg, CHF 12.– above 2 kg
Orders above CHF 100.–: free Economy shipping

Other shipping methods are available upon request. The risk transfers only upon delivery to the customer. Deliveries are limited to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
TWINT
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay

Business clients (B2B): First order by prepayment only. From the second order onwards, invoicing may be agreed upon request with a payment term of up to 10 days. In case of late payment, Northwood reserves the right to suspend further deliveries and charge reminder fees.

7. Returns / Withdrawal (voluntary)

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and complete. Returns must be announced in advance by e-mail to info@northwood.ch.

Excluded from the right of return:

cosmetic products
food, herbs and teas
hygiene products
custom-made items and gift cards

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Only the product price will be refunded; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Warranty and defects

The statutory warranty under Swiss law applies (minimum standard). In case of a defect, please contact us by e-mail with a detailed description and photos. After inspection, a replacement product is usually provided. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

Northwood shall only be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

10. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Northwood KLG until full payment has been received.

11. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Cash payment or exchange is excluded.

12. Data protection

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
