The Brew Company

The Brew Company wants to bring the connection between coffee growers and coffee lovers to life. Different growing regions, carefully selected beans and the people behind the coffee are at the heart of this idea.

At its own small roastery in Middelfart, Denmark, speciality coffees are hand-roasted in small batches. The aim is to bring out each coffee's distinctive qualities and make its different flavours accessible.

With the patented Coffeebrewer, the brand has developed a distinctive way to prepare coffee. The filter-pouch system combines elements of pour-over and French press: coffee is brewed directly in the pouch and can be enjoyed without a coffee machine. Once emptied, cleaned and dried, the pouch can be refilled with ground coffee.

The Brew Company brings together roasting craft and inventiveness — for anyone who appreciates good coffee and wants to take the time to enjoy it on the go too.
